Standard
The TRANSFORMER PROTECTOR (TP) has several configurations of protection which mainly depend on transformer design and customer technical specifications.
The Standard TP configuration is focused on offering a performant, affordable and compatible solution in order to ease its implementation without interfering to the current transformer design.
The Standard TP configuration is composed as follows:
- Vertical Depressurization Set fitted on transformer cover to ensure the protection of the main tank;
- Depressurization Set fitted On Load Tap Changers (OLTC);
- Depressurization Set for Bushing Turrets / Oil Cable Boxes
- Sliced Oil & Gas Separation Tank as part of the conservator
The Pictures below show some examples of standard configurations for new transformers.
Non-Standard
This configuration is mostly applicable for small or existing transformers and can be composed as follows:
- Horizontal or 45° degrees Depressurization Sets;
- Wall or Elevated Oil & Gas Separation Tanks;
- Depressurization Set for OLTCs
- Depressurization Set for Bushing Turrets / Oil Cable Boxes
The Pictures below show some examples of non-standard configurations used for retro-fitting.
